Shipping policy
- Delivering your products to you with care through reputed courier service providers. Most of the products are shipped from our Badminton Hub warehouse in India, however very few items are also directly shipped from our vendors.
- If the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on 9763720673. We will try to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Shipping Charges:
Free Shipping on orders above Rs.1000. For orders below Rs.1000, we charge a shipping fee of Rs. 150
Shipping Locations:
We deliver at all location in India
Currently, Kaarpa doesn't deliver items internationally. Kindly, make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but ensure Shipping Address is within India.
Shipping Time:
Our effort is to process your order within 2-5 working days from the day it is placed. For any delays for any reason, we will contact you to inform the same.
- Orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days for delivery in major metro cities.
- For other locations, the delivery may take few more days.
- For remote locations the time for delivery may even exceed 5 days.
- We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
